Our owner Steve Goeller aka Steve-O is from Columbus, OH. You’d never guess he’s from Ohio because he rarely wears clothing supporting his teams(insert sarcastic smirk here). Having grown up in Columbus just ten minutes south of The Ohio State University he cheers hard for his Buckeyes. He is also an loyal hockey fan having worked for The Columbus Chill ECHL minor league team in the 90’s and to his undying passion of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets. Although he hates to admit it he loves the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Reds as well. He has one son who turns 26 in 2023.

When Steve-O isn’t hosting trivia you can find him in front of the TV watching his teams or on the golf course. He is an avid golfer carrying a 8 handicap. He also loves going off shore fishing with his buddies.

He recently married fellow trivia hostess Meredith in October 2022 and the two of them love traveling. They will be honeymooning to Scotland and Ireland later in 2023.

Meredith comes to us originally from Jacksonville, Florida. She has been with Macys for over 20 years having started her career with them shortly after graduation from the University of Florida. She loves her gators and is an avid sports fan. So much so that she will even cheer for Steve-O’s Buckeyes, Browns and Blue Jackets to support her new husband. Her and Steve-O have also begun the 32 park Major League Baseball Stadium tour.

When she is not hosting trivia you can find Meredith at Macys UTC. She loves traveling and spending time with her 15 year old Maltese named McLovin!

Wolff moved from New Jersey to Orlando in 1999 and then to Sarasota in 2000.  A communications major in college, he has worked for 8 different radio stations over the course of his career, including 7 different stations right here in Sarasota.   After leaving the radio business, Wolff has worked for several major companies in Sarasota and Bradenton, while also owning and operating his own custom cheesecake business.

A Spot-On Trivia player for years, Wolff decided to combine his background in radio and love for trivia and joined Spot-On as a host in 2018.   He is a host, writer, and handles the daily bonus questions.  

Wolff is a huge fan of the UCF Knights, Philadelphia Eagles, and Philadelphia Flyers.  He loves spending time with his wife, Jessie and his English Bulldog, Howard.  He loves cooking, baking, photography, and has been a Disney passholder for 10 years.

Born and raised In Wisconsin, Scott is a former Marine who has lived in North Carolina, Massachusetts, New Jersey , and Connecticut . Still true to his roots, Scott is an avid Wisconsin sports fan rooting for the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers. On his off time , Scott enjoys going to concerts, movies, and watching his daughter play softball. Scott recently got married to his wife Alyssa and now has started going to Disney as much as possible. They own a dog named Rocko and a cat named Watson. Hosting trivia has been such an enjoyable experience for Scott. Challengingly teams who come play and making friends along the way. Rob Young is chock full of useless knowledge compiled over years of having random jobs. He’s been a lawyer, a telemarketer, and even a janitor for toddlers. Throughout all of these experiences, he’s found that it’s important to love what you do, and he loves trivia. He’s looking forward to sharing his love of trivia with you as well. 

Jessica moved to Sarasota from Pittsburgh in November 2020. She worked for 20 years in the legal field, working in criminal defense, family law and civil litigation.   

She is passionate about all different genres of music; however,her favorite is 90’s rock and grunge.  She especially loves Pearl Jam and travels the country to see them in concert.  Last year her family vacationed in London to attend their first Pearl Jam concert outside the States.  In her spare time, she likes to read, listen to crime podcasts, spend time with her husband, TJ, and three daughters, Taylor, Meadow and Caroline and her two best friends, her dogs, Nugget and Reef.

Taylor was born in Louisville, KY and then moved to Lakewood Ranch in high school. She went back to KY to go to college at UofL, and then spent 4 years working in advertising in Chicago. She moved back to Lakewood Ranch during Covid and continue to work in advertising remotely. In her free time, she likes to dance, hang out with friends/family, and cook. She was a long time participant in Spot-On events (both bingo and trivia!) She loves learning foreign languages and other things that only (occasionally) come in handy during trivia.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kristy moved t Florida in 2009 to pursue her career in Photography. She currently works for Bealls as a product photographer and she absolutely loves it. Almost as much as she loves hosting trivia and bingo.

She loves traveling and hang9ng out with friends and family. You can see her at 99 Bottles every Tueaday for Trivia and Wednesday for Bar Bingo.

Born and raised in Virginia, Sam moved to Florida at the beginning of 2022 taking full advantage of his sales job allowing him to work remotely.

After  attending trivia games at Ed’s tavern for over a year he decided to try out hosting and now you can find him at the new Ed’s tavern every Wednesday night hosting general knowledge trivia.

Sam loves all things sports and being outdoors. He is a die hard Pittsburgh sports fan (don’t hold it against him) and completed his first triathlon in September. In his free time you can find him running, golfing, playing pickleball, or pickup basketball.
